We know you're excited to get your new tools! We process all orders within 2-3 business days to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We send all orders via Australia Post. Most of our customers receive their orders within 5-10 days however please allow up to 3 weeks delivery time. These Covid times are tough on everyone so while we try to get your package to you as quickly as possible please understand that there could be potential delays due to Coronavirus.
If you need you order sooner, please choose our express postage option!

Shipping outside of Australia

Unfortunately as a number of different carriers are used to ship items internationally we are unable to give an estimated delivery time. We do find that international orders normally find their way to their new owners within 2-6 weeks. These Covid times have made international shipping a little more tricky so please understand that there could be potential delays due to Coronavirus. To get your order as quickly as possible please choose our express post option. Orders sent via express generally arrive within 2 weeks.

All postage includes tracking, however please note that tracking is not available for some countries.
