How to Play
Using the Make Shake is simple!
- Choose the dice you want to use and pop them in the Make Shake box
- Give them a shake to mix them up
- Roll the dice
- Use the prompts as inspiration and get creating!
You can follow the prompts exactly, loosely interpret them, or just use them as a starting point. There are no rules, the Make Shake is designed to guide your creating, not restrict it.

Ways to Play
Solo Play Mode
One of the best things about Make Shake is you can play it however you like! You can keep it simple or turn it into a full on creative challenge. Here are a few example ways to play ...
Quick Start (1–2 Dice)
Perfect for when you’re feeling stuck or short on time. Roll one or two dice and use them as your starting point.
The Classic (3 Dice)
Choose three dice and let them guide your design. This gives you enough structure to spark ideas, without feeling too restrictive.
Chaos Gremlin (All 6 Dice)
Roll all six dice and challenge yourself to use every prompt! It's going to be chaos!! (In the best way possible!)
20 Minute Time Limit Challenge
Set a timer for 20 minutes and create something using your prompts. No overthinking. No perfection. Just Make!
Multi-Player Mode
Grab a friend, or a bunch of friends, and play the Make Shake in Challenge Mode!
Head-to-Head Challenge - Classic
Have one player pick 3 dice at random (or choose to select 3 dice). Roll the dice and use the prompts to create.
Head-to-Head Challenge - 6 Dice (Sensible Mode)
Roll all 6 dice. You each get to choose 3 dice that you want to create with. You can pick the same ones, or your own variation.
Head-to-Head Challenge - 6 Dice (Chaos Mode)
Roll all 6 dice. You both must use all 6 dice to create something
Mix It Up!
Don’t feel like using a prompt? Re-roll it. Want to swap a die? Go for it. Make Shake is designed to help you create, not box you in.
