Stamp 1: Infill with Liquid Clay
One of our favourite infilling techniques! This method can be used on both unbaked and baked clay so is super versatile.
Stamp 2: Infill with Acrylic Paint
A very simple way to infill your pieces after they are baked - Let the infill dry and you're all done!
Stamp 3: Infill with Pigment Powder
This method takes a little practice to get a clean look but it's well worth it! Remember to use water to help the powder stay on your imprint cutter and you'll see great results.
Our Top Tips for success!
- When using liquid clay or acrylic paint to infill, you may find some staining can occur on the surface of your baked clay if you use too much of a dark colour on light baked clay. Try and wipe any excess off towards the infill
- Liquid Clay is quite sticky and creates strings when pulling away. Try bobbing your bottle or tool up and down when pulling away from the infill to snap the string
- If you get pigment powder on your clay surface, you can clean it up before baking with a light wipe of a baby wipe
