Stamp 1: Using a release agent

The tutorial covers a few different ideas for what you can use as a release agent; water, cornstarch or pigment powder. Choose one of the methods, try it out and you’re done!

Stamp 2:  Using the multi-cut method

A great technique to use with imprint cutters, the multi-cut allows you to create the initial cut, start the imprint off, then cut all the way through your polymer clay.

Our Top Tips for success!

  • When using cutters, we recommend burnishing your clay to a tiled surface for the best result
  • If you use cornstarch, brush off all excess starch before baking or it will bake into your clay
  • If you add mica or pigment powder to your pieces, it must be sealed with a glaze (included) after baking
